- First fitness assessment for gym use is free and includes all aspects of fitness including lung capacity, blood pressure etc
- Re-assessment is just €20
- At time of renewing your membership however, a re-assessment is free.
- A schedule of sports and social is in place including trips to various places eg. "a night at the dogs " and other social nights

- Inter-club competitions for adults and children
- Outdoor pursuits are organized by the club
