AV Equipment...

Technology to assist your next meeting

We are committed to improving our AV equipment offering for our clients and we are delighted to introduce a technology upgrade to one of our meeting rooms, a 4K 75″ UHD interactive Newline monitor exclusively in our Kiln Room.

Take your meetings to the next level while impressing the room! Mirror and control your laptop screen via the interactive display, with the systems microphone and camera enabling for hosting video conferences and webinars, allowing for hosting of blended meetings involving inperson and online attendees, or for remote dial in sessions from external participants and trainers!

Flip charts are a thing of the past, with built in whiteboard functionality allowing for brainstorming sessions, or swipe your way through a PowerPoint presentation while adding digital notes that overlay the screen! Notes and sketches can be saved to a USB stick, ideal for sharing with participants.

In terms of connectivity, the user simply needs bring their own laptop* (Windows recommended), and connect the provided HDMI cable (for display) and 2 USB cables (for audio and interactivity). Our onsite Porter team are also available to assist in the setup or show the basic functions of the system.

The system also has built in casting (compatible with Windows, iOS and Android) along with diverse connectivity with a variety of I/O ports*.
