Beaches in Cork
We’re very lucky here in Cork, with a host of beautiful beaches right at our doorstep. From Carrigaline, you can head straight down to Crosshaven and enjoy the very popular Myrtleville Beach, with Fountainstown beach just around the corner.
Or you can head to the world-renowned town of Kinsale and pay a visit to the local “Dock” Beach, or the excellent Garretstown beach just past the town.
Further afield, you can visit West Cork for the hugely popular Inchydoney Beach, or Owenahincha. Or if you’re really looking to go off the beaten track, you can visit Cork’s hidden gem in Nohoval Cove.

Kinsale Footgolf
FootGolf is the game that blends football and golf into one great sport. Situated on the outskirts of Kinsale in Co. Cork, FootGolf Cork is the first and only purpose-built FootGolf course in the South of Ireland.
Simply take two great sports – football and golf – and combine them into one great activity. You play by kicking a football into specially designed holes and trying to take the least amount of shots as possible.
